ABOUT THE DESIGN:

• By contracting any of the services, the client declares that the material provided is not illegal and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• The designer will be in charge of making the agreed guidelines in the characteristics of the web page and/or virtual store, but not mentioned last-minute terms that are not within the current contract.
• The responsive will be adapted according to the model, however not all models will be 100% adapted (eg: laptops and cell phone models)
• The design of the web page and/or virtual store does not include retouching or image improvements, except for designs to improve the web page and/or virtual store.

DELIVERY TIMES:

• The delivery time of the website and/or virtual store will depend on the delivery of the information. As a company, we promise to comply with the delivery time if we receive the information in the agreed time, if there are delays in the delivery of material (texts , images, etc.), we will take time to deliver the web since we do not have enough material.
• The page will be activated as soon as the client has paid the entire cost (the remaining 50%). After that, you will be sent the links of the tutorials for your administration with your access to the website and/or virtual store.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• At the time of signing, 50% will be paid and to finish the other 50% by bank transfer.
• The maximum time to make the second payment is 20 business days after the first payment has been made, even if the project has not been completed due to delays by the client in terms of sending material and/or approvals. After payment, the project will continue its progress until its completion and approval.
• Prices do not include I.G.V. (Receipt is issued for fees for the service of the website and/or virtual store)

DOMAIN RENEWAL & HOSTING + SSL

• The first year is completely free for the purchase of any web page and/or virtual store.
• The annual renewal cost will depend on the agreed figure and the corresponding characteristics that will be adapted each year according to the variation of the web page and/or virtual store.

SUPPORT:

• The support, advice, claims and/or consultation service is FREE, which must be requested through our WhatsApp service channel +51 924 347 236

CHARACTERISTICS:

• .COM/NET domain: Address to find your web page and/or virtual store on the Internet Eg: www.yourcompany.com
• Website: Design of the website and/or virtual store.
• Storage: Space in which the website and/or virtual store will be installed and where the information from corporate emails will be stored.
• Inodes: They are files and folders of your web page and/or virtual store, emails, scripts, temporary files, etc. (Important to know that the more plugins, the more inodes)
• Visits per month: The number of visits per person per month to the website and/or virtual store.
• Corporate emails: Number of emails with the domain name Eg: hello@yourcompany.com
• SSL Certificate: Security certification (Green Padlock) for the main domain Https://yourcompany.com

PAYMENT METHODS:

• At the time of signing this contract, 100% of the amount agreed in clause one will be paid by bank transfer.
• If you purchased a website and/or virtual store plan, the cost will be free for the first year.
• Prices do not include I.G.V. (Receipt is delivered for fees for the payment of domain and hosting.)

IMPORTANT:

• If the web page and/or virtual store exceeds its web hosting plan, it will automatically migrate to the plan that is consistent with its new features. On the other hand, your annual payment will be reflected in your next annual payment. Example: If you make a web page in which you pay 200 per year and your payment date is in December. However, in July you decide to design a virtual store, so you would renew in December with a new plan that is consistent with its new characteristics.
• If you decide to increase the amount of the hosting package, you should ask about the promotion in effect on the renewal date.
  If you do not renew the domain on time, it will go to auction where you would lose it to someone else or the cost would rise according to demand. On the other hand, the hosting would change the renewal date.
• If you want to transfer your domain to another provider, the cost will be 20 dollars and the page design will be lost.
